Thereafter, Compliance Reviews will be performed based on a company's or driver's safety score as assessed by the CSA 2010 program. These audits will determine whether or not your company can stay in business.

These USDOT regulations, or Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), vary in interpretation from company to company depending on various factors such as:
